- I'm a globe-trotting, adventure seeking chick that can make anywhere "home" as long as I have my backpack, journal, and open mind...oh yeah, and my stuffed manatee Max goes wherever I go! I have started this blog for two reasons... Reason #1: This is a place where family and friends can see where I am in the world and what crazy adventures I'm embarking on. Reason #2: I am starting something new, which will allow me to be thankful for one person each day for one whole year. I will chose one person each day to write 24 words of gratefulness about.
